NOVELTY - Water reducing agent comprise 240-250 pts. wt. isopentyl ether, 25.2-26.0 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1.6-1.65 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 0.53-0.55 pts. wt. mercaptoacetic acid, 13-14 pts. wt. lignin, 10wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, 26-28 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. dodecyl alcohol ester, 3-4 pts. wt. redispersible glue powder, 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. sodium sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 7-8 pts. wt. steel slag, 9-11 pts. wt. flue gas desulfurized ash, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium alginate, and proper amount of deionized water. USE - Water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The water reducing agent has good retardation effect, enhances early strength of concrete, utilizes solid waste, reduces dosage of cement, reduces solid waste to occupy land and reduces pollutant in production of cement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water reducing agent, which involves: (A) adding 4-5 times of deionized water in graphene oxide and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion in ultrasonic oscillator for 30-40 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; (B) heating graphene oxide dispersion in water bath at 60-80 degrees C, and adding lignin and mixing uniformly to form mixture; (C) adding isopentyl ether and proper amount of deionized water in reactor, and stirring at 60-70 degrees C, and adding ammonium persulfate in one portion, and adding acrylic acid and mercaptoacetic acid dropwise to obtained mixture for 3-3.5 hours, and heating for 60-90 minutes, and adding 10wt.% sodium hydroxide solution dropwise for neutralization, and adjust pH value of neutral and controlling solid content to 40-45% to obtain neutralized material; (D) adding flue gas desulfurized ash into the muffle furnace, and subjected to aerobic sintering at 450-480 degrees C for 120-150 minutes, and cooling and mixing steel slag into it and subjected to ball milling for 60-90 minutes to obtain milled powder; (E) dissolving sodium alginate in 5-7 times deionized water, and adding redispersible glue powder in obtained powder, and stirring at speed of 500-600 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes, and adding remaining component and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain stirred material; and (F) mixing obtained material wit neutralized material and stirring in stirring tank at speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute to obtain final product.
