NOVELTY - Three-dimensional composite heat sink paste containing liquid metal comprises 5-50 pts. wt. graphene material, 1-30 pts. wt. liquid metal, 0.01-15 pts. wt. film forming auxiliary agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 50-200 pts. wt. solvent, and liquid metal is prepared by (i) dispersing and grinding the liquid metal and the first dispersant at 3000-6000 revolutions per minute for 2-6 hours, preparing into nano liquid metal dispersion with a particle size of 100-500nm, and adding additives when dispersing, (ii) mixing graphene material, nano-liquid metal dispersion liquid and film-forming auxiliary agent to obtain mixed slurry, then fully mixing the mixed slurry by rolling with a three-roller to obtain graphene heat-dissipating slurry. USE - Used as three-dimensional composite heat sink paste containing liquid metal. ADVANTAGE - The thermal film has improved longitudinal heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermal film, comprising graphene/nano-liquid metal composite heat dissipation film arranged in order from top to bottom, heat sink substrate, polymer adhesive and release film, the graphene/nano liquid metal composite heat dissipation film is coated with a three-dimensional composite heat dissipation paste containing liquid metal, applying the three-dimensional composite heat-dissipating paste containing liquid metal on the heat-dissipating substrate uniformly, drying at 80-200 degrees C at a pressure of 20-50 MPa, and obtaining graphene/nano-liquid metal composite heat-dissipating film, the graphene/nano liquid metal composite heat dissipation film includes graphene and liquid metal, and any two adjacent sheets of graphene are connected by the liquid metal.
