▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing lithium ion battery additive comprises (i) dissolving niobium pentachloride in hydrogen peroxide solution, and stirring to obtain processing liquid; (ii) adding 6-8 mol/l sodium bicarbonate solution to processing liquid, stirring, allowing to stand, and filtering to obtain precipitate particles; (iii) adding precipitate particles into graphene dispersion liquid, and stirring uniformly to obtain suspension; (iv) adding 3-5 mol/l urea solution into suspension, stirring, and transferring solution to the hydrothermal kettle for hydrothermal reaction; (v) centrifuging the hydrothermal reaction product, dry processing, heating, adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% aqueous polyvinylpyrrolidone K40, dissolving, naturally cooling to room temperature, and heating to obtain compound of graphene and nano niobium hydroxide, reduced graphene oxide-niobium pentahydroxide compound; and (vi) mixing composite under inert atmosphere with stabilized lithium metal powder, and sintering. USE - Preparation method of lithium ion battery lithium supplement additive. ADVANTAGE - The method provides lithium ion battery lithium supplement additive with excellent chemical stability, non-reversible capacity, and lithium supplement effect.
