▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing eco-friendly oil-penetrating wood comprises e.g. cleanly both sides of the oil adhered surface of the wood, performing a surface treatment operation of creating scratches with at least one of sandpaper and sanding machines for removing dirt, grease, paint, stains, dirt, and debris, and to enhance oil penetration; removing water from the side that will penetrate the oil through hot air heating, but insert the sanded wood into the hot air heating chamber for hot air heating at 45-75 minutes under the condition that the temperature of the hot air heating chamber is 180-250 degrees C; carrying out eco-friendly oil penetration process; preparing primer composition; andweighing 40% main material and 60% curing agent as an eco-friendly adhesive based on various vegetable extracts and vegetable oils, mixing by stirring for 3 minutes, applying it evenly to the adhered with a small brush when the adhered is flat or using a disposable syringe to bond the gap. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing eco-friendly oil-penetrating wood. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the waterproofing effect, insect repellents that interfere with various growth stages of insects with insect repellent effects, i.e., laying eggs or larvae, provides an effect that can interfere with all steps, e.g. the ingress of the insect or the arrival of adult insects, having excellent frame proofing effect, and has an effect of preventing distortion/cracking/discoloration, and also provides an effect to improve the waterproofing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing eco-friendly oil-penetrating wood comprises (i) cleanly both sides of the oil adhered surface of the wood, performing a surface treatment operation of creating scratches with at least one of sandpaper and sanding machines for removing dirt, grease, paint, stains, dirt, and debris, and to enhance oil penetration; (ii) removing water from the side that will penetrate the oil through hot air heating, but insert the sanded wood into the hot air heating chamber for hot air heating at 45-75 minutes under the condition that the temperature of the hot air heating chamber is 180-250 degrees C; (iii) carrying out eco-friendly oil penetration process; (iv) preparing primer composition; (v) weighing 40% main material and 60% curing agent as an eco-friendly adhesive based on various vegetable extracts and vegetable oils, mixing by stirring for 3 minutes, applying it evenly to the adhered with a small brush when the adhered is flat or using a disposable syringe to bond the gap, forming two-component eco-friendly adhesive composition as an eco-friendly adhesive by adding and mixing 100 pts. wt. polyurethane prepolymer, 23-24 pts. wt. plant essence, 13-15 pts. wt. hybrid resin mixture, 7-8 pts. wt. diluent, 4-6 pts. wt. thickener, 7-9 pts. wt. plasticizer, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, where the weight ratio of the curing agent to the formed main material is 4:6 to form an eco-friendly adhesive layer, where the plant essences include lacquer extract, pine resin extract, kelp extract, rubber tree extract, Aralia elata extract, daffodil extract (Hibiscus manihot) extract, benjamin extract, garlic extract, and mugwort extract, mixing at least one of plum essence and using, stirring hybrid resin mixture, CNT nano-based material, poly lactic acid (PLA) resin, cellulose nanofibers, carbon fiber in a weight ratio of 7-8:18-24:11-15:5-7 to form a gel having a viscosity, and then stirring filler in a gel-like composition, and forming CNT nano-based material to improve the adhesion to the outer surface of the damaged part, using the CNT nanocomposite raw material and adding thermally conductive adhesive and mixing in a weight ratio of 24-27:9-12, forming a composite plastic resin using a composition corresponding to 17-19 pts. wt. CNT nanocomposite raw materials include 12-13 pts. wt. PCM capsule powder, 8-9 pts. wt. organometallic polymer, 10-12 pts. wt. polypropylene resin in a weight ratio of based on 100 pts. wt.
