▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The spinal nerve force sensing micro system has a flexible pressure sensor and a nerve root retractor. The flexible pressure sensor is composed of a protective layer, a sensing layer, a pressure-sensitive layer and an analysis layer. The protective layer is a sensor package. The sensing layer is an upper electrode layer. The analysis layer is a lower electrode layer. The pressure-sensitive layer is located between the sensing layer and the analysis layer. The nerve root retractor is comprised of a hook head, a hook groove, a hook rod and a handle. The sensing layer is a flexible conductive material with good conductivity, which is poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/poly styrene sulfonate (PEDOTS/PSS) or graphene or conductive fabric. The pressure-sensitive layer is a high-density microneedle structure array and a flexible material with high elasticity is selected which is a good pressure transmission portion polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). USE - Spinal nerve force sensing micro system. ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor can quantify the stress of the nerve root in the three-dimensional space in the operation and uses the display module to pre-warn in real time to prevent the nerve from being damaged. The micro-system provides guarantee for spinal surgery safety implementation with positive clinical practical significance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a nerve root retractor equipped with a flexible pressure sensor.
