▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A base material (1) with graphene sheet consists of a thin film layer (3) containing silicon atom and carbon atom, a silicide layer (4) containing a metal, and a graphene sheet (5), laminated sequentially on a substrate (2). USE - Base material with graphene sheet is used for electrodes of fuel cells and flat panel displays. ADVANTAGE - The base material can be manufactured economically with large area and low-resistance graphene sheet, at low temperature. Precipitation of by-products, such as carbon nanotube, in the graphene sheet during heat-processing is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene sheet, which involves forming a metal layer on a thin film layer containing silicon atom and carbon atom, and heat-processing the thin film layer and metal layer.
