NOVELTY - Graphene electric conduction thin film, comprising substrate layer, protective layer and graphene, the graphene forming on substrate in surface layer, function layer on the graphene layer forming surface and closed protecting by protective layer in upper part of said function layer whole is rhombic mesh grain structure, in turn forming one layer with refraction rate is 2.5 to 3.0 of high refractive index inorganic medium film and rate one layer refraction rate less than 1.5 and low refractive index inorganic medium film rate of comprising ITO film, ITO film. This utility new type has high sensitivity, high light transmittance and high conductivity equal, and heat stability and chemical resistance relative to the conventional ITO film and has obvious increase.
