▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The optical grating has a polydimethyl siloxane thin film fixed with two ends of a graphene-polydimethyl siloxane thin film, where one of the films is placed near a infrared laser irradiation. The graphene-polydimethyl siloxane thin film generates a telescopic deformation change in a grid pitch based on flexibility of the optical grating, where graphene-thickness of polydimethyl siloxane thin film is 5-15 micrometer and the graphene-thickness of the poly-dimethyl siloxane thin film is 5-15 micrometer. USE - Light adjustable flexible optical grating. ADVANTAGE - The optical grating is flexible, and can regulate a near infrared laser irradiation to adjust continuous graphene or telescopic deformation of the polydimethyl siloxane thin film to change optical grating of the pitch, thus adjusting the optical grating at working wavelength to realize real time full model tuning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a light adjustable flexible optical grating.
