NOVELTY - High-performance coating film waterproofing composition comprises 30-50 pts. wt. methyl acrylate-acrylonitrile copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. isocyanate group-containing silane coupling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine, 0.1-5 pts. wt. reactive emulsifier, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 1-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 0.1-5 pts. wt. iron powder, 0.1-5 pts. wt. cerium carbonate and 0.1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Used as high-performance coating film waterproofing composition. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance coating film waterproofing composition is environmentally friendly, is non-toxic and odorless, improves workability, resistance to cracks or microcracks on surface of concrete structure, mechanical properties i.e. tensile strength, elongation and tear strength, increases adhesion between the surface of the concrete structure to be constructed and waterproof layer, prevents cracking or lifting of the waterproof layer, has excellent waterproofness, water resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness and durability, increases long-term durability and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for waterproofing method of concrete structure comprising (a) removing impurities, lattice or deteriorated areas on surface of concrete structure with a planer, grinder, shot blaster or polishing machine, cleaning removed area with water jet or high-pressure water sprayer and cleaning with vacuum aspirator, (b) arranging surface of cracks, grooves or deteriorated areas generated after cleaning using a fast-hardening putty material, (c) forming a primer layer by applying a primer on top of the cleaned base surface, (d) forming a coating film waterproof layer by applying the high-performance coating film waterproof material composition on top of the primer layer and (e) forming a top coating layer by applying a top coating agent on top of the coating film waterproof layer.
