NOVELTY - Solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigment and filler comprises 20-35 wt.% blast furnace dry dust removal ash, 25-50 wt.% electric furnace ash, 20-35 wt.% river bottom sediment and 8-12 wt.% phosphoric acid-graphite alkenyl oxide activator, where the particle size of the blast furnace dry dust removal ash is 3.9-58.6 micrometer. The particle size of the electric furnace ash is 0.9-4.1 micrometer. The particle size of the river bottom mud is 8.2-227.0 micrometer. The phosphoric acid-graphene oxide based activator is a mixture of graphene oxide, water and phosphoric acid. USE - Solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigment and filler. ADVANTAGE - The solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigment and filler is environment-friendly and energy saving, has single function, bad fireproof performance, high price, expands the making furnace dry method de-dusting ash, electric furnace ash, utilization of large scale and high added value of river channel bottom mud. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigments and filler, which involves: (A) using a high-energy ball mill to perform an oxygen atmosphere mechanical alloying treatment on the blast furnace dry dust removal ash at a speed of 500-750 r/minutes and a time of 24-48 hours to obtain type I composite powder; (B) mixing type I composite powder with river bottom mud and phosphoric acid-graphene oxide based activator, using high-energy ball mill to perform mechanical alloying treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere at a speed of 400-600 r/minutes for 36-72 hours to get type II composite powder; and (C) mixing type II composite powder with electric furnace ash, using a high-energy ball mill to perform mechanical alloying treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere at speed of 400-600 r/minutes, for 24-48 hours to obtain final product.
