▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Composite biofilm carrier material comprises 8-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 14-18 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. graphene Oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. cassava starch, 2-3 pts. wt. arabic gum, 40-50 pts. wt. polypropylene, 8-12 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-5 pts. wt. attapulgite, 1-2 pts. wt. trimethylhexadecyl ammonium bromide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. silica sol, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. humic acid sodium, and 15-20 water. USE - Composite biofilm carrier material. ADVANTAGE - The composite biofilm carrier material has light weight, large area of activation, carbon-rich source, small influence adsorption performance to the change of the environmental temperature, good fluidity, good absorption property, corrosion resistance, durable efficiency, and improves the water purifying effect, and is not easy to agglomerate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite biofilm carrier material, which involves: (A) mixing the raw materials uniformly then feeding into a twin-screw extruder for compounding to obtain composite pellets; (B) extruding composite pellets at a temperature of 150-200 degrees C, then cooling and putting into a melt-blown nonw-oven spinning device and subjecting to spun spinning to obtain filaments; and (C) curing the obtained filaments to obtain a composite fiber bundle having diameter of 1-2 mm, and desired product is obtained.
