▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for low-temperature preparation of benzoxazine nitrile-based resin gel involves (S1) fully mixing a resin matrix, nano filler and a dispersion medium at room temperature to prepare a solution, (S2) transferring the solution to a closed mold, and reacting at 30-50℃ for 24-72 hours to form a gel with a certain size and shape, and (S3) removing the gel, and reacting at 50℃ for 1-14 days to increase curing degree and remove residual solvent. USE - The method is useful in low-temperature preparation of benzoxazine nitrile-based resin gel. ADVANTAGE - The obtained resin gel has a flexible and controllable microstructure, porous or nonporous gel can be obtained by adjusting the molar ratio of the benzoxazine nitrile-based resin to the curing agent, the morphology of toughness and brittleness is obtained, and the density and performance of the gel is further adjusted by adjusting the concentration of the solution. The preparation method has universality, and the gel is endowed with different densities and different performances by introducing the filler, so that the performance requirements of different application occasions are met. The process is simple and convenient, and the shape and the size of the gel is regulated and controlled freely with the mold, which meet the needs of parts with different sizes and shapes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a benzoxazine nitrile-based resin gel prepared by the above method comprising a pure resin gel and a composite gel.
