NOVELTY - Preparing high conductivity graphene modified polystyrene foam plate involves adding oxidized graphene and hexamethylene diamine into deionized water solvent, subjecting to ultrasonic magnetic stirring, adding ammonia water to adjust the pH of the solution to 9-10, reacting, cooling the product and filtering, repeatedly washing and drying to obtain aminated graphene, adding styrene and amino graphene to N, N-dimethyl formamide and deionized water solvent with volume ratio of 1:1, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, raising the temperature to 20-40degrees Celsius, continuously adding ammonium persulfate, reacting, cooling, filtering and purifying by Soxhlet extractor to obtain graphene modified polystyrene emulsion, adding graphene modified polystyrene emulsion to the reactor, azodicarbonamide foaming agent, polyvinyl alcohol thickening agent and modified dimethyl silicone polymer flatting agent. USE - Method for preparing high conductivity graphene modified polystyrene foam plate used in electrical, optical, and energy storage fields, functional reinforcing filler for functional reinforcing organic macromolecules, e.g. polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The method improves conductivity of the polystyrene and mechanical property of the composite foam plate.
