NOVELTY - Preparation of poly-ionic liquid (PIL) modified reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-loaded doxorubicin (DOX) comprises selecting PIL-RGO composite material as carrier material, loading with DOX, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparation of poly-ionic liquid (PIL) modified reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-loaded doxorubicin used for preparing anti-tumor drug (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good water solubility, enhanced stability, pH-sensitive release characteristics, and slow release effect which prolongs DOX residence time in the body enhancing its curative effect.
