USE - Graphene modified silicon alkyd resin aqueous functional coating used as wood coating, conductive coating, anti-static coating, and anti-corrosion coatings in marine application. ADVANTAGE - The functional coating has high adhesion force, excellent water resistance, high cross-linking density, excellent corrosion resistance, strong alkali resistance, excellent wear resistance, high hardness, high electrical conductivity, excellent anti-static effect, and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene modified silicon alkyd resin aqueous functional coating comprises 38.0-82.0 pts. wt. graphene-modified aqueous silicone alkyd resin, 3.5-8.0 pts. wt. propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. thickening leveling agent, 8.0-20.0 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-10 pts. wt. film forming additive, 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer, and 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. wetting agent. The graphene-modified aqueous silicone alkyd resin comprises 4.0-8.0 pts. wt. vegetable oil fatty acid, 2.0-4.0 pts. wt. organic acid anhydride, 3.0-6.0 pts. wt. polybasic acid, 4.0-12.0 pts. wt. polyhydric alcohol, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. xylene, 1.0-4.0 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-2.0 pts. wt. acetone, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. silicone, 1.5-5.0 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 1.5-4.0 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 20-0.08 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate and 40.0-65.0 pts. wt. deionized water.
