NOVELTY - Improving performance of ball milled cast iron comprises introducing graphene composite particles into the ball milled cast iron to obtain the finished product ball ink cast iron piece, introducing the graphene composite particles after ball milling treatment in the molten ball milling cast iron, the ball milling treatment is the iron powder, graphene composite particle mixing ball milling treatment, the graphene composite particle adding amount in the finished ball ink cast iron piece is 0.25-0.33 wt.%. USE - The method is useful in improving performance of ball milled cast iron. ADVANTAGE - The method improves nodulizing rate of the nodular cast iron and spheroidization rate, reduces the growth rate which can reduce the probability of distortion and improves the mechanical property.
