NOVELTY - A drug loaded synovial additive is prepared by using oxygen-containing fluorinated graphene (FGO) to connect hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate to dopamine, preparing fluorinated graphene nanodrug carrier, loading arthritis treatment drug, and combining composite joint synovial fluid additive. USE - The drug loaded synovial additive is used in joint synovial fluid medicine and drug loading (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The additive has good biological compatibility, reduces degradation speed of hyaluronic acid, and greatly improve joint synovial fluid anti-friction performance and abrasion resistance to prolong service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the synovial additive comprising using oxygen-containing fluorinated graphene (FGO) as raw material, dissolving FGO with hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate in tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride buffer salt solution, uniformly dispersing, adding dopamine, heating and stirring to react under inert gas protection, dialysing, freeze-drying to obtain fluorinated graphene nanodrug carrier, and loading arthritis treatment drug.
