▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for removing metal impurities in carbon material, involves (a) performing heat treatment, and mixing carbon material and metal salt, and (b) sequentially washing the heat-treated mixture with acid and washing with water to obtain a purified carbon material. USE - Method for removing metal impurity in carbon material such as graphite, diamond, fullerene, carbon nano tube, graphene, active carbon, carbon black and porous carbon used in energy storage, catalysis, sensing and biological medicine applications. ADVANTAGE - The metal salt used is a salt with strong polarity in a high-temperature molten state, which has high affinity with carbon materials in the molten state, and by controlling the heat treatment time, can effectively remove metal impurities in carbon materials, even metal impurities covered by graphitized layer can be effectively removed. The removal method is simple, low in cost, suitable for industrial application, and the purity of the treated carbon material is high.
