NOVELTY - The structure has a nuclear layer and an outermost layer that are coated with graphene oxide intermediate coating and gold nano-micin particles. USE - Composite particle SERS active substrate flower-shaped silver-enriched graphene gold nanoparticle core-shell structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure improves single-particle SERS detection efficiency by an optical microscope, increases excellent surface plasmon resonance effect among the gold nano-micin particles and flower-shaped silver particles and enhances single-layer particle surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite particle SERS active substrate flower-shaped silver-enriched graphene gold nanoparticle core-shell structure manufacturing method.
