NOVELTY - A modified graphene ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber is obtained by blending modified graphene with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and industrial white oil, melt-extruding, and wet spinning. The ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene has a viscosity average molecular weight of 1x 106 to 5x 106. The white oil is No.70 white oil for spinning. The graphene sheet has 1-5 layers, diameter of 4-11 mu m, and average diameter-to-thickness ratio of 3500-10500. USE - Modified graphene ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber has excellent fiber strength, impact resistance, wear resistance and antistatic function.
