NOVELTY - A toughening printing roller coated rubber compound comprises cocamide diethanolamine, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, potassium persulfate, lanthanum chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, carbon fiber, 20-25% aqueous ammonia, natural rubber, accelerator-TP, antioxidant BPS, polyisoprene, tetrabutylammonium bromide, precipitated silica, dibutyl maleate, propylene glycol phenyl ether, 8-hydroxyquinoline, aluminum stearate, and sulfur. USE - Toughening printing roller coated rubber compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The printing roller coated rubber compound has high toughness, excellent abrasion resistance, and high durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A toughening printing roller coated rubber compound comprises 0.6-1 pt. wt. cocamide diethanolamine, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-67 pts. wt. 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator-TP, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant BPS, 10-14 pts. wt. polyisoprene, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. tetrabutylammonium bromide, 10-16 pts. wt. precipitated silica, 7-9 pts. wt. dibutyl maleate, 0.8-2 pts. wt. propylene glycol phenyl ether, 0.4-1 pt. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, and 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of toughening printing roller coated rubber compound, which involves (i) diluting graphite oxide to 50-60 times of weight in N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating for 20-30 minutes, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride solution and N-hydroxysuccinimide, stirring the mixture for 1.7-2 hours, adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, stirring at room temperature for 23-24 hours, washing with water for 3-4 times, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes to obtain sulfonated thin graphite, (ii) adding sulfonated thin graphite, and styrene to 40-50 wt.% deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes to obtain sulfonated emulsion, (iii) adding 8-hydroxyquinoline to 7-10 times of anhydrous alcohol, stirring uniformly, adding propylene glycol phenyl ether, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 3-5 minutes to obtain alcohol solution, (iv) adding dibutyl maleate to polyisoprene, placing in an oil bath at 110-120 degrees C, heating and stirring for 10-15 minutes, discharging, adding alcohol solution, stirring at room temperature to obtain a modified liquid compound, (v) adding aluminum stearate to 10-12 times the weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding cocamide diethanolamine, stirring at 60-100 rpm for 3-4 minutes to obtain amine emulsion, (vi) adding ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid to 20-25% aqueous ammonia, adding lanthanum chloride, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding carbon fiber, heat preserving, soaking for 1-2 hours, adding amine emulsion, stirring uniformly to obtain rare earth modified carbon fiber solution, (vii) adding potassium persulfate to sulfonated emulsion, stirring uniformly in nitrogen protection atmosphere at 70-80 degrees C for 5-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding rare-earth modified carbon fiber solution, ultrasonically processing for 10-15 minutes, adding the modified liquid compound, stirring at 100-200 rpm for 4-7 minutes, filtering, removing the filtrate, vacuum drying at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain polymer modified composite filler, (viii) mixing polymer-modified composite filler with a natural rubber, adding into the mixer, mixing at 65-90 degrees C for 40-50 seconds, adding the raw materials other than sulfur, mixing for 10-12 minutes, plasticizing, cooling to 50 degrees C or less, placing in open mill, adding the remaining raw materials, and thinning for 3-5 times.
