▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional nanocellulose solution comprises (a) oxidizing a plant fiber by peroxyacid to obtain modified fiber, and treating industrial paper pulp fiber by oxidation or enzymolysis treatment with (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-yl)oxyl (TEMPO) to obtain a modified fiber, and (b) mixing the obtained modified fibers with a functional component and transferring to a fibrillating device for stirring, where the functional component comprises β-glucan, carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan, hemicellulose, sodium alginate, glycerol, essential oil, Nile red, rhodamine B, carbon nano tube, clay, graphene, titanium dioxide, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten trioxide, calcium carbonate, zinc sulfide or carbon black, where the mass ratio of the modified fiber to the functional component is 1:0.01-20. USE - The multifunctional nanocellulose solution is useful as coating to prepare a composite film, which is used as antistatic material, electromagnetic shielding packaging material, photothermal material or fluorescent material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes functional ingredients, which are mixed in the process to directly obtain a uniform and stable solution; simultaneously carries out micronization and dispersion of the functional components and direct dispersion in the nanocellulose solution, thus preparing a multifunctional solution with stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for multifunctional nanocellulose solution, which is prepared by above method.
