▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing simplified graphene conductive fiber, comprises: (i) loading graphene oxide on a glass fiber by layer-by-layer self-assembly method (ia) arranging a glass fiber at certain power in acetone, ultrasonic processing, removing out and drying to constant weight, immersing in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, removing out and drying to constant weight, (ib) immersing the obtained glass fiber in deionized water, ultrasonic processing at certain power to remove the physically absorbed graphene oxide on the surface of the glass fiber, removing out the glass fiber, and drying, and (ic) repeating steps (ia) and (ib) of the glass fiber obtained in step (ib) for multiple times to obtain the glass fiber cloth loaded with graphene oxide; and (ii) immersing the glass fiber cloth loaded with graphene oxide obtained in step (ic) in reducing agent solution, reacting for a certain time at a certain temperature, removing out, and drying to constant weight to obtain the graphene conductive fiber. USE - The simplified graphene conductive fiber is useful for preparing broadband electromagnetic wave absorbing composite material (claimed) used in the field of biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy and environment-friendly, easy to achieve large scale production, and has good conductivity and very excellent wave absorbing performance under the condition of extremely low content of graphene. The graphene conductive fiber as the reinforcing body composite with the polymer body, can obtain the structure type wave-absorbing composite material with thin thickness, high absorption intensity and absorption bandwidth. The physically adsorbed graphene oxide on the surface fiber is completely removed and the graphene oxide is uniformly wrapped on the glass fiber through hydrogen bond interaction between the glass fiber and π-π action between the sheets. The heterogeneous interface improves the interface polarization capability of the conductive fiber cloth and the residual functional group and defect on the reduction oxidation graphene can be used as the polarization center, to give a higher dipole polarized graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a broadband electromagnetic wave absorbing composite material using the graphene conductive fiber, comprising: (a) uniformly mixing epoxy resin and curing agent system to obtain resin glue solution; (b) uniformly brushing and impregnating the resin glue solution prepared in step (a) on graphene conductive fiber; and (c) overlapping the required number of layer obtained in step (b) to obtain a graphene conductive fiber impregnated with resin glue, and then heat pressing and curing at a certain temperature to obtain the broadband absorption electromagnetic wave composite material.
