NOVELTY - Preparing lysozyme aptamer electrochemical sensor comprises (i) using L-cysteine in two disulfide/graphene (MoS2/GR), (ii) preparing gold nano (AuNPs) particle where the particle diameter is 10-13nm, (iii) preparing gold nano particle/molybdenum disulfide/graphene (AuNPs/MoS2/GR) complex solution by taking 1mg MoS2/GR dispersing in 1 ml pure water, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, adding 1 ml in the AuNPs, placing in light 30 minutes, preparing AuNPs/MoS2/GR complex material solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing lysozyme aptamer electrochemical sensor (claimed). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using the lysozyme electrochemical aptamer sensor for detecting lysozyme comprising (i) soaking sensor at 37 degrees C for 70- 90 minutes of lysozyme in solution, and buffering solution in the 100 mM posphate buffer solution, 140mM sodium chloride, 5mM magnesium chloride, pH is 7.4 for 20-40 minutes, (ii) sensor in buffer solution of 100mM posphate buffer solution, 140mM sodium chloride, 5mM magnesium chloride, pH is 7.4 and using square wave voltammetry (SWV) for electrochemical signal detection.
