NOVELTY - Preparing high strength conductive polymer nano composite material comprises (1) preparing raw material and nano copper wire, the raw material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-impact agent and 1-5 pts. wt. conductive reinforcing agent, the reinforcing agent comprises carbon fiber, aluminium oxide fiber, magnesium borate crystal whisker, polyurethane resin, nano dioxide, quartz sand, the toughening agent comprises nano calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, polyvinyl butyral, polybutadiene rubber, the anti-impact agent comprises ethylene propylene rubber, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, the conductive reinforcing agent comprises graphene and acetylene black, (2) adding carbon fiber, alumina fiber, magnesium borate whisker, polyurethane resin, nanometre silicon dioxide, quartz sand into the mixing device, stirring and mixing. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength conductive polymer nano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the strength and conductivity of the material and is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high strength conductive polymer nano composite material comprises (1) preparing raw material and nano copper wire, the raw material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-impact agent and 1-5 pts. wt. conductive reinforcing agent, the reinforcing agent comprises carbon fiber, aluminium oxide fiber, magnesium borate crystal whisker, polyurethane resin, nano dioxide, quartz sand, the toughening agent comprises nano calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, polyvinyl butyral, polybutadiene rubber, the anti-impact agent comprises ethylene propylene rubber, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer. The conductive reinforcing agent comprises graphene and acetylene black, (2) adding carbon fiber, alumina fiber, magnesium borate whisker, polyurethane resin, nanometre silicon dioxide, quartz sand into the mixing device, stirring and mixing, and the raw material quantity entering the mixing device for metering, recording data, after mixing, discharging the mixed material, measuring the discharged mixed material according to the two groups of data calculating the loss amount, (3) adding the nano calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, polyvinyl butyral, polybutadiene rubber into the mixing device, stirring and mixing, (4) adding ethylene propylene rubber, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer into the mixing device, stirring and mixing, (5) stirring and mixing the mixture obtained in step (2) and (3) with the mixture in (4), finally adding graphene, acetylene black and stirring uniformly to obtain the mixed material, (6) heating the mixed material, the mixed material is completely molten state, the nano copper wire into nano copper wire grid structure, injecting the mixed material into the nano copper wire grid structure to obtain the product.
