NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/shell fiber, comprises e.g. (i) subjecting shell to slag removal treatment to remove sand and dust, then drying until moisture content reaches to 20-30%, and subjecting the shell to screw extrusion treatment, (ii) placing the shell obtained in step (i) in an ultrasonic reaction kettle, adding catalase, laccase and water, mixing uniformly, then subjecting to fermentation treatment, and filtering to obtain filter material and filtrate, and (iii) adding the filter material into graphene dispersion solution, mixing uniformly, subjecting to vacuum filtration for 40-60 minutes, drying at 50-80 degrees C for 60-120 minutes to obtain graphene shell fiber, where in step (i), the compression ratio of the screw extrusion treatment is 1-2:1, and in step (ii), the ultrasonic reaction kettle process parameters are: the ultrasonic power is 1300-1500 W, and the frequency is 15-20 KHz. USE - The graphene/shell fiber is useful in inhibiting killing effect of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and hemolytic Streptococcus. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/shell fiber: has high yield, high whiteness, low Kappa value, excellent conductive and antibacterial performances; and does not contains harmful chemicals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/shell fiber, comprises (i) subjecting shell to slag removal treatment to remove sand and dust, then drying until moisture content reaches to 20-30%, and subjecting the shell to screw extrusion treatment, (ii) placing the shell obtained in step (i) in an ultrasonic reaction kettle, adding catalase, laccase and water, where the amount of catalase used is 1.5-3 kg/ton, the amount of laccase used is 3-5 kg/ton, and the mass ratio between shell and water is 8:1-2, then mixing uniformly, subjecting to fermentation treatment, where the fermentation time is 2-4 hours, and the fermentation temperature is 70-80 degrees C, then filtering to obtain filter material and filtrate, and (iii) adding the filter material into graphene dispersion solution, mixing uniformly, subjecting to vacuum filtration for 40-60 minutes, drying at 50-80 degrees C for 60-120 minutes to obtain graphene shell fiber, where in step (i), the compression ratio of the screw extrusion treatment is 1-2:1, and in step (ii), the ultrasonic reaction kettle process parameters are: the ultrasonic power is 1300-1500 W, and the frequency is 15-20 KHz.
