▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a graphene layer paved on a medium layer. A voltage source supplies voltage to the graphene layer to modulate reflectivity size of an incident light. A metal electrode is located between the graphene layer and a substrate-reflecting layer. The substrate-reflecting layer is selected as a metal reflecting layer. The substrate-reflecting layer, a dielectric layer and the graphene layer are arranged together to form a capacitor structure. The substrate-reflecting layer reflects the incident light i.e. gold and Silver or copper lights. The metal structure layer is selected as a metal grating layer. USE - Graphene/metal composite structure based electro-optical modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator combines metal and graphene to form graphene/metal composite structure so as to realize regulating operation of the incident light.
