▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing boron carbide/carbon powder material, involves (i) adding rare earth oxide powder to reaction raw material powder, so that the rare earth element ion absorbs part of laser energy and realizes energy transfer and cascade reaction of the raw materials, and (ii) uniformly mixing the raw materials of the mixed rare earth oxides by high-energy ball-milling, compressing the uniformly mixed powder to a sheet with a tablet press, placing on a laser workbench and fixing for laser sintering, where the laser resonance excites rare earth sensitized ions to realize energy transfer, performing continuous laser energy supply to enable re-excitation of the excited ions and multi-step cascade reaction and energy transfer, and inducing high-temperature solid-phase reaction of the mixed raw materials to generate boron carbide. USE - The method is used for synthesizing boron carbide/carbon powder material. ADVANTAGE - The method has low laser energy input, rapid response, high content of boron carbide, excellent wear resistance, high raw material utilization rate, energy saving and environmental protection, and is suitable for large-area industrial production.
