▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Positive electrode water-based carbon-coated aluminum foil coating comprises 10-25 pts. wt. binder, 40-60 pts. wt. conductive carbon material, and 15-45 pts. wt. first solvent. The binder is a water-soluble acrylic resin containing organic metal salt groups, where 1 g water-soluble acrylic resin contains 0.8-1.56 mmol organic metal salt groups. USE - Positive electrode water-based carbon-coated aluminum foil coating. ADVANTAGE - The carboxyl group and sulfonic acid group can improve the dispersion wettability of the binder to the conductive carbon material and the adhesion to the substrate after film formation. Metal carboxylate and metal sulfonate as organometallic salts can greatly improve the peeling strength of the carbon coating to the positive active material. The conductive carbon material is obtained by acid etching and binder modification of carbon materials, which significantly improves the stability of the carbon-coated aluminum foil coating without negative effects, and obtains a positive electrode water-based carbon coating with high peel strength and good slurry stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing positive electrode water-based carbon-coated aluminum foil, which involves mixing 10-25 pts. wt. binder, 40-60 pts. wt. conductive carbon material, and 15-45 pts. wt. first solvent to obtain the positive water-based carbon-coated aluminum foil paint. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a real picture of the carbon-coated aluminum foil coating of a kind of positive pole water-based carbon-coated aluminum foil coating.
