NOVELTY - Energy-saving heat insulation material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polystyrene-graphene oxide-coated hollow glass beads, 40-50 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-10 g foaming agent, 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxy apatite composite air gel, 0.5-1 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant , and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - The energy-saving heat insulation material is useful for building, decorating of the prefabricated building and passive house (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat insulation material has excellent mechanical properties, tensile strength is ≥ 0.7 MPa and compressive strength is ≥ 0.4 MPa, and has excellent flame-retardant and waterproof properties, loss on ignition ≥ 32%, underwriters laboratories 94 grade V-0 and heat conductivity coefficient ≤ 0.040 W/(m×K). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing energy-saving heat insulation material, comprising mixing phenolic resin, polystyrene-graphene oxide-coated hollow glass bead, foaming agent, and surfactant evenly under heating, mixing reinforcing fibers, nano fillers, polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxy apatite composite air gel, mixing curing agent and flame retardant, filling into the mold, foaming and molding at 110-120°C, 0.12-0.15 MPa, cooling and demolding.
