USE - The inhibitor is useful for doping in concrete mixing process and building material function and concrete for direct incorporation with long-acting and high-efficiency antirust effect. ADVANTAGE - The inhibitor reduces the internal reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor and cement hydration process, reduces the influence of the reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor on the cement hydration process, affects the working and mechanical property of the hydraulic cementing material, achieves the effect of long acting and high-efficiency rust resistance, and improves the anti-ion transmission performance of the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the metal organic frame load type rust inhibitor, comprising (i) dispersing metal ion source, organic compound, dispersant and nano-material in the organic solvent at 80-300degrees Celsius and 1-30 atmospheric pressure for solvent thermal reaction for 5 hours to obtain metal organic frame, where the organic compound is organic substance capable of performing chelate reaction with metal ion in the metal ion source; and (ii) mixing the metal organic frame with the reinforcing steel bar corrosion inhibitor and stirring for at least 2 hours.
