NOVELTY - Modified nitrile rubber comprises 0.3-10 pts. wt. fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.3-10 pts. wt. carbon fluoride material, 50-600 pts. wt. butyronitrile latex, 3-20 pts. wt. saturated salt solution, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 41.5-1000 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Modified nitrile rubber. ADVANTAGE - The modified nitrile rubber has fluorocarbon surfactant, which improves the dispersibility of the carbon fluoride material in the rubber matrix, further improves the stress transfer rate of the nitrile rubber material when stressed, simultaneously, and carbon fluoride material, whic has lubricating effect, and simultaneously improve the mechanical property strength and the wear resistance of the nitrile rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified nitrile rubber, which involves: (1) weighing 0.3-10 pts. wt. fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.3-10 pts. wt. carbon fluoride material, 50-600 pts. wt. butyronitrile latex, 3-20 pts. wt. saturated salt solution, 1-3 pts. wt. of sulfur, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 41.5-1000 pts. wt. ions for later use; (2) adding fluorocarbon surfactant and carbon fluoride material into deionized water, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a carbon fluoride material dispersion liquid; (3) adding the carbon fluoride material dispersion liquid obtained into butyronitrile latex, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain composite latex; (4) adding a saturated salt solution into the composite latex obtained for coagulation, and purifying and drying the obtained flocculate to obtain mother latex; (5) adding sulfur, accelerant and zinc oxide into masterbatch obtained, uniformly mixing, and carrying out hot pressing to obtain modified nitrile rubber.
