NOVELTY - A graphene solution (a) formed by modifying graphene (11) dispersed in an organic solvent using electron-acceptor organic molecules (13) comprising charge-transfer complex, and a graphene solution (b) formed by modifying graphene dispersed in organic solvent using electron donor organic molecules (12) comprising charge-transfer complex are coated on a substrate (21) to obtain a graphene thin film (14). USE - Manufacture of graphene thin film (claimed) used for transparent electrode for transistor for display panel, and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene thin film having excellent electroconductivity and large area.
