NOVELTY - Detecting poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase activity based on hemin-graphene composite analysis comprises e.g. using activated DNA to activate poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase, synthesizing H-GNs (hemin-graphene) composite material, activating DNA, PARP, NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) mixed reaction, synthesizing PAR (poly ADP-ribose) polymers with a large amount of negative charge, mixing the H-GNs composite with the PAR polymer, add salt solution, recording the agglomeration changes of H-GNs and PAR polymer products, and quantitative detecting the product solution. USE - The method is detecting poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase activity based on hemin-graphene composite analysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, fast, high sensitivity, and is does not need the marked DNA probe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) activity based on hemin-graphene composite analysis comprises (i) using activated DNA to activate poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase, (ii) synthesizing H-GNs (hemin-graphene) composite material, (iii) activating DNA, PARP, NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) mixed reaction, synthesizing PAR (poly ADP-ribose) polymers with a large amount of negative charge, (iv) mixing the H-GNs composite with the PAR polymer, add salt solution, recording the agglomeration changes of H-GNs and PAR polymer products, and (v) quantitative detecting the product solution, carrying out by UV-Vis spectroscopy.
