▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composition with jute fiber comprises 100 wt.% epoxy resin, 11.7-14.3 wt.%, preferably 13 wt.% catalyst, 0.4-0.6 wt.%, preferably 0.5 wt.% graphene oxide (GO) nanolayer reinforced with jute fiber, and 20-40 vol.%, preferably 30 vol.% jute fiber functionalized with graphene oxide and incorporated in 60-80%, preferably 70% epoxy resin. USE - Composition with jute fiber used in preparation of composite e.g. nanocomposite for multilayer ballistic shields for protection against firing of rifle with high-speed ammunition (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition provides lightweight nanocomposite having excellent mechanical properties, low cost, easy processability and resistance to level III-A threats. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite, which involves applying silicone oil release agent to the inner surface of a mold, preparing the jute fibers, functionalizing the jute fibers with graphene oxide, preparing the jute fibers, and pouring the epoxy resin into a metal matrix until it completely wets the bottom.
