▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing compound containing crystalline water cobalt sulfate and redox graphene comprises (i) synthesizing cobalt-based metal organic framework zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF)-67 by co-precipitation method; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the ZIF-67 prepared in the step (i) in de-ionized water, and adding graphene oxide aqueous solution to form uniformly dispersed ZIF-67/graphene oxide (GO) mixed solution; (iii) in the ZIF67/GO mixed solution obtained in the step (ii), adding thioacetamide (TAA) for pre-vulcanization treatment; (iv) transferring the pre-vulcanized solution in the step (iii) into a reaction kettle for hydro-thermal reaction; and (v) centrifuging the powder obtained after the hydrothermal reaction in the step (iv), cleaning, and freezing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing compound containing crystalline water cobalt sulfate and redox graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses ZIF67 as a precursor to compound with graphene, TAA as a source of sulfur, without adding sulfuric acid under the premise of strong corrosive agents and oxidants, namely nitric acid, realizes the preparation of pure-phase cobalt sulfate/redox graphene composite materials containing crystal water; and has efficient process, stability, controllable, supercapacitors, battery, catalysis and other energy storage fields.
