NOVELTY - A gold nanorod-graphene composite membrane comprises graphene oxide, oleyl amine modifying graphene and gold nanorod. The graphene oxide and the oleyl amine modifying graphene are mixed and piled up to form a graphene membrane. The gold nanorod is arranged between the surface and the layer of the graphene membrane. The length of the gold nanorod is 20-100 nm. The draw ratio is 2-10. The weight ratio is 0.0001-0.1%. The thickness of the composite membrane is 200 nm-20 mu m. An absorption peak exists at 500-1000 nm position of a region of visible light and near-infrared light. USE - A gold nanorod-graphene composite membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of gold nanorod-graphene composite membrane comprising: (i) dissolving graphite oxide to oleyl amine, preparing into suspension A, processing by ultrasound, getting graphene oxide oleyl amine solution, adding sulfuric acid used as a catalyst, heating, washing and drying the product, and obtaining the oleyl amine modifying graphene; (ii) dissolving graphite oxide to water, preparing into suspension B, processing by ultrasound, and obtaining the graphene oxide aqueous solution; (iii) dissolving the oleyl amine modifying graphene in step (i) to methylbenzene, preparing into suspension C, processing by ultrasound, and obtaining the oleyl amine modifying graphene methylbenzene solution; and (iv) adding 0.5-5 nM gold nanorod aqueous solution (0.01-5 ml) to the graphene oxide aqueous solution (1-500 ml) in step (ii), adding the oleyl amine modifying graphene methylbenzene solution with the same concentration and volume with the graphene oxide aqueous solution, sealing the obtained two-phase mixed solution, standing, self-assembling the graphene oxide, the gold nanorod and the oleyl amine modifying graphene on the water-methylbenzene interface, forming a composite membrane, fully volatilizing the methylbenzene, and obtaining the gold nanorod-graphene composite membrane on the water-air interface.
