NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding composite material comprises an absorbing layer and a reflecting layer compounded on the absorbing layer. The absorption layer comprises a double continuous structure modified resin layer. The reflecting layer comprises a metal nanowire film layer. USE - Electromagnetic shielding composite material used in the 5G communication or aerospace (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding composite material has high electromagnetic shielding efficiency, low electromagnetic wave reflection and excellent mechanical property, improves the shielding efficiency of the absorption layer, reduces the reflection of the composite material to the electromagnetic wave. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material, which involves: (A) mixing the filler A and solvent, then adding filler B, continuously mixing, then adding ferric chloride, alkali and hydrazine hydrat, mixing, reacting to obtain the modified filler; (B) extruding and granulating the modified filler and resin A, obtaining the modified resin A, extruding and granulating the modified resin A and resin B again to obtain the double-continuous structure modified resin; (C) hot pressing the double-continuous structure modified resin, obtaining the double continuous structure modified resin layer; and (D) compounding the metal nano-wire dispersion liquid after plasma treatmen on the double-continuous structure modified resin layer to obtain the electromagnetic shielding composite material.
