▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating comprises 0.1-1 wt.% graphene, 35-45 wt.% aluminum powder, 15-20 wt.% phosphate, 2-5 wt.% silica sol, 1-2 wt.% surface additive and remaining amount of deionized water. USE - Used as graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating. ADVANTAGE - The method can be conducted without sand blasting on the surface, utilizes the coating surface which is dense, has no obvious pore structure and can be used alone without matching the sealing surface. The coating has excellent sacrificial anticorrosive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating, comprising weighing the phosphate, silica sol, surface additive and deionized water according to the ratio, mixing and stirring uniformly, then adding graphene, ultrasonically dispersing, adding aluminum powder, and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating for further use, (ii) spraying the graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating on the surface of the ferrous metal sample surface, and drying at room temperature for at least 20 minutes and (iii) heating the dried sample to 70-90 degrees C, heat preserving for at least 15 minutes, then continuously heating to 330-350 degrees C, heat preserving for at least 30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature with furnace to obtain a graphene inorganic phosphate aluminum coating.
