▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite thermal diffusion sheet (100), comprises (a) treating graphite particles with strong acid to produce oxidized graphene flakes, (b) adding the oxidized graphene flake into a mixed solution containing magnetic filler, thermally conductive filler, solvent and binder and stirring to prepare oxidized graphene solution, (c) coating the oxidized graphene solution on a substrate to produce a thin film, and (d) heating the thin film under carbon source atmosphere. USE - The graphene composite thermal diffusion sheet is useful as internal component of heat source for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite thermal diffusion sheet has improved heat dissipation property and heat conduction property, effectively dissipates the heat generated when attached to the heat source of electronic device and can be efficiently discharged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene composite thermal diffusion sheet produced by the above method.
