NOVELTY - A composite cathode material comprises three-dimensional porous graphene macroscopic component, in which nano growing in the oriented hole of three-dimensional porous graphene macroscopic component is enabled, and tin oxide. The three-dimensional porous graphene macroscopic component has capacity of 500-2000 mAh/g and coulomb efficiency of 80-99.5%. The mass ratio of three dimensional porous graphene macroscopic component with respect to tin dioxide is 1:0.1:20. USE - Composite cathode material is used for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material has economically conductivity, and increases the contact area of the electrode material and electrolyte, and can be manufactured easily without polluting the environment.
