NOVELTY - Graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating comprises component A and component B; where the component A includes 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-5 pts. wt. polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 45-65 pts. wt. rust-proof pigment, 5-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 0.03-0.06 pts. wt. defoaming agent and 1-3 pts. wt. organic bentonite; where the B component includes 55-70 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent and 4-8 pts. wt. accelerator; and the weight ratio of component A and component B is (7-11):1. USE - Used as graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good anti-corrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) adding the modified graphene and xylene into a high agitation tank, dispersing at 1500 plus minus 100 revolutions per minute for 20-30 minutes to prepare a graphene dispersion slurry, and then the remaining xylene and n-butanol are prepared, adding into a high agitation tank, stirring at 900-1500 revolutions per minute, adding epoxy resin in batches, stirring well to make 60% solid content epoxide; finally, other resin, graphene dispersion, auxiliary agent and the pigment filler are sequentially added to the dissolved resin liquid, and then dispersing for 30-60 minutes to prepare a coating A component; adding solvent, polyamide resin and accelerator are sequentially added into a high agitation tank, stirring at 600-1000 revolutions per minute, and stirring at a high speed disperser until uniformly dissolved to obtain a coating B component.
