▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene material involves using di-amino azofurazan, dispersing graphene in water and adding solution of diamino azofuran in ethanol and heating at 50-70 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, cooling at 20-40 degrees C, and drying to obtain graphene-coated diamino azofurazan eutectic, where mass ratio of diamino group in the solution of graphene and diamino azofurazan is 1:1-10. The diamino azofurazide eutectic is ground into a powder and heated at 500-800 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene material. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-doped graphene material which has high nitrogen doping content of graphene material which are uniformly coated on surface of diamino-4,4'-azoxyfurazan crystal which is free of any adhesive and other auxiliary agent, and keeps azo furoxan crystal surface properties.
