NOVELTY - Electronic paste composition comprises base material, heat-generating metallic material, additive, porcelain powder, and organic vehicle, where base material is selected from titanium-carbon compounds or graphene. The metallic heat-generating material is selected from tungsten, nickel, cobalt, or chromium. The additive is selected from ruthenium, tellurium, germanium, vanadium, yttrium, or iridium. USE - Electronic paste composition used in preparation of cermet heat-generating body having low temperature coefficient of resistance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electronic paste composition has consistent and low resistance temperature coefficients, and ensures that the temperature change of the resistance of the sintered product is small in use process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of making electronic paste composition involves mixing the base material, the heat-generating metal material, porcelain powder, and the additive, and then contacting the resulting mixture with the organic vehicle.
