NOVELTY - Producing composite graphene flake metal comprises (s1) preparing expandable graphite; (s2) charging the expandable graphite into a furnace; (s3) sealing the furnace; (s4) heating the expandable graphite by irradiating the furnace with microwaves; (s5) maintaining or lowering the temperature of the expandable graphite by stopping the microwave irradiation; (s6) repeating steps (s4) to (s5) until graphene flakes with a purity of more than 95% are obtained; and (s7) preparing a mixed powder by mixing 100 pts. wt. graphene flakes and 100-200 pts. wt. metal precursor powder. USE - The method is useful for producing composite graphene flake metal. ADVANTAGE - The method has high yield, it is easy to mass-produce, and easily applied to devices in various industrial fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a graphene flake metal composite prepared by the above method.
