▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultra-rapid n-propyl alcohol sensor based on cadmium sulfide/reduced graphene oxide (CdS/rGO) nano-sensitive material comprises an alumina ceramic tube substrate with two parallel, annular and separate gold electrodes on a surface of the alumina ceramic tube and the gold electrodes, and a nickel-chromium heating coil placed in the alumina ceramic tube. The sensitive material is prepared by (s1) adding 2-4 mmol cadmium acetate and 8-10 mmol thiourea into a reaction vessel containing 5-10 mL deionized water and 10-20 mL ethylenediamine, stirring for 20-30 minutes to form a uniform solution, (s2) transferring a solution obtained in the step (s1) to the stainless steel autoclave lined with PTFE, and (s3) stirring 40-50 mg cadmium sulfide powder obtained in the step (s2) and 8-10 mL deionized water, dripping 0.05-0.15 mL of 2.5 mg/mL graphene (GO) aqueous solution to the obtained solution, stirring for 3-4 hours, and collecting the solid. USE - Ultra-rapid n-propyl alcohol sensor used in paint, cosmetic product, medicine industries, photoelectric detection, solar cell and photo-catalysis application. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple process, low cost, small volume, suitable for mass production, has wide application prospect in the field of detecting normal propyl alcohol, and improves the reaction efficiency of the gas and the sensitive material, so as to improve the sensitivity of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ultra-rapid n-propyl alcohol sensor based on cadmium sulfide/reduced graphene oxide (CdS/rGO) nano-sensitive material comprises an alumina ceramic tube substrate with two parallel, annular and separate gold electrodes on a surface of the alumina ceramic tube and the gold electrodes, and a nickel-chromium heating coil placed in the alumina ceramic tube. The sensitive material is prepared by (s1) adding 2-4 mmol cadmium acetate and 8-10 mmol thiourea into a reaction vessel containing 5-10 mL deionized water and 10-20 mL ethylenediamine, stirring for 20-30 minutes to form a uniform solution, (s2) transferring a solution obtained in the step (s1) to the stainless steel autoclave lined with PTFE, and reacting at 160-180℃ for 8-10 hours, after naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging a reaction product, and obtaining precipitate by centrifugation, washing several times with deionized water and ethanol, and drying under vacuum at 60-80℃ for 10-12 hours to obtain yellow cadmium sulfide powder, and (s3) stirring 40-50 mg cadmium sulfide powder obtained in the step (s2) and 8-10 mL deionized water under a water bath condition of 60-80℃, during the stirring process, dripping 0.05-0.15 mL of 2.5 mg/mL graphene (GO) aqueous solution to the obtained solution, stirring for 3-4 hours until the water evaporates to dryness, and collecting the solid after cooling to room temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the nano-sensitive material.
