▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Tin oxide graphene composite electroplating solution comprises 0.04-0.3 gram graphene oxide, 35-50 gram stannous chloride, 16-20 gram sodium fluoride, 14-18 gram nitrilotriacetic acid, 15-20 gram sodium chloride, 2-6 gram composite additive, and rest is water, composite additive comprises peregal 0, benzylidene acetone, and formaldehyde in mass ratio of 10:1:3. USE - Tin oxide graphene composite electroplating solution used for steel work piece surface to form tin graphene oxide composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tin oxide graphene composite electroplating solution has good dispersibility, and has good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing tin oxide graphene composite electroplating solution, which involves weighing graphene oxide, stannous chloride, sodium fluoride, nitrilotriacetic acid, sodium chloride, composite additive, and distilled water; and dissolving stannous chloride, sodium fluoride, nitrilotriacetic acid, sodium chloride, composite additive into distilled water, adding graphene oxide under stirring, adding 10-20% concentration of sodium hydroxide solution to adjusting pH value to 4-4.5 at ultrasonic power of 100-200 Watt for 2-6 hours to obtain final product; and (2) a method for forming tin-oxide graphene composite coating on surface of steel workpiece by using graphene electroplating solution, which involves pre-treating surface of the steel alloy workpiece by grinding surface of the steel alloy workpiece with 280, 800, 1500, and 2000 sandpaper followed by rinsing with deionized water to removing remaining surface of steel surface stripping material and abrasive paper abrasive, grinding paste for polishing, adding 10-20% concentration of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide at 70-80 degrees C, soaking for 10-15 minutes, degreasing, washing with tap water, rinsing with distilled water to obtain surface smooth and non-polluting surface, surface activating by using 10-20% concentration of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution of acid solution for 30-60 seconds, surface rinsing with tap water and distilled, cleaning, soaking in distilled water to reserving, placing steel alloy workpiece and pure tin plate into the tin-oxide graphene composite plating solution with direct current regulator power supply negative and positive connection at current density of 2-7 Ampere/decimeter square at plating temperature of 20-35 degrees C, stirring for 10-20 minutes, removing, rinsing with tap water and distilled water with hair dryer or dry in dry environment, and coating surface with tin-oxide graphene composite coating of steel alloy workpiece.
