NOVELTY - A modified PTFE molded pipe material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. fiber filler, 10-15 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 150-200 pts. wt. modified PTFE. The modified PTFE is prepared by (a) connecting PTFE with an electrode, where the voltage of the electrode is 1200-1500 V, the current is 0.1-0.2 A, introducing hydrogen and ammonia gas into PTFE, and pressurizing to 20-30 MPa, and processing for 60-90 seconds to obtain aminated PTFE, and (b) mixing aminated PTFE with mixed resin and modified filler at 60-90 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours, and ultrasonically cleaning to prepare a final product, where the mixed resin is composed of acrylic resin, polyamide polyamine epoxy chloropropane resin and alkyd resin. USE - Modified PTFE molded pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The modified PTFE molded pipe material is not easy to deform, and has excellent tensile strength and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of modified PTFE molded pipe material, which involves (S1) grinding and crushing the modified PTFE, mixing, and heating with the fiber filler, toughening agent and antioxidant to obtain mixed powder, (S2) adding mixed powder to a mold, pressing, exhausting, maintaining pressure, heating and sintering to obtain sintered material, and (S3) cooling the sintered material to room temperature, and taking out from the mold to obtain a finished product.
