USE - Method of detecting blood glucose with persimmon tannin at graphene/platinum-palladium non enzyme sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high sensitivity and fast detection of glucose without enzyme electrochemical detection method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting blood glucose with persimmon tannin at graphene/platinum-palladium non enzyme sensor comprises treating graphene, weighing 0.1 mg/mL graphene oxide, adding distilled water, using ultrasound, centrifuging, removing supernatant to obtain 0.1 mg/mL graphene oxide, adding ascorbic acid to reduce graphene, using ultrasound, standing to obtain 0.1 mg/mL reduced graphene solution, taking 10 mL 0.1 mg/mL reduced graphene solution, adding 2 mL of 0.01 g/mL HPtCl4 and 2 mL 0.05 g/mL palladium nitrate solution, mixing, adding 10 mg ascorbic acid, centrifuging to obtain black precipitate, washing with water, drying to obtain graphene/platinum-palladium composite nanomaterials, adding 20 mg persimmon tannin in 10 mL distilled water, dispersing to obtain 1 mg/mL suspension of persimmon tannin at graphene/platinum-palladium composite nanomaterials, pretreating gold electrode, polishing, washing with distilled water twice, placing electrodes in distilled water, anhydrous ethanol and distilled water for 5 minutes, drying, placing in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for 10 laps electrochemical cyclic voltammetry scanning, rinsing with distilled water, removing suspension of persimmon tannin at graphene/platinum-palladium composite nanomaterials, pretreating, drying, dropping repeatedly for 3 times to obtain gold electrode modified by persimmon tannin at graphene/platinum-palladium composite nanomaterial, using three electrode system to detect glucose, using electrochemical workstations, using current-time method to measure response time of glucose and calculating by the current-time curve to measure concentration of glucose in blood. A platinum electrode is auxiliary electrode. A saturated calomel electrode is reference electrode. The modified gold electrode is working electrode. A potassium chloride is electrolyte solution.
