NOVELTY - An epoxy polysiloxane graphene heavy anti-corrosive paint comprises component A and component B having ratio of 100:17-24. The component A comprises 25.0-30. pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5.0-15.0 pts. wt. epoxy polysiloxane, 3.0-15.0 pts. wt. active diluent, 3.0-12.0 pts. wt. graphite, 10.0-25.0 pts. wt. pigment, 20.0-35.0 pts. wt. filler, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. thickener, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. delusterant, 2.0-3.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.5-0.6 pt. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. defoaming agent. The component B comprises cashew nut oil modified amine epoxy curing agent. USE - Epoxy polysiloxane graphene heavy anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent aging resistance, water resistance, hardness, suppleness and salt aqueous resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of epoxy polysiloxane graphene heavy anti-corrosive paint comprising adding 45-60 pts. wt. hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 40-52 pts. wt. methoxypolysiloxane with nitrogen into reaction kettle, heating at 60-80 degrees C, dripping 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, heating to 125-135 degrees C, reacting for 5-6 hours, cooling to 55-60 degrees C, dripping 1.5-3.0 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, continuously reacting for 2 hours, adding petroleum ether for extraction, taking petroleum ether layer to obtain mixed sample liquid, low pressure vacuumizing at - 0.08 MPa, cooling to obtain epoxy polysiloxane, mixing with epoxy resin and graphite, water bath heating at 50 degrees C for dissolution to obtain mixed resin, dispersing by adding remaining materials of component A for 30 minutes at speed of 2000 revolutions/minute (rpm), grinding, to fineness of 30 mu m, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain component A, adding component B, mixing, stirring for 15 minutes at speed of 600 rpm, and processing.
